1. Digital Product Refund Rule
Once payment is successful and course access is delivered, the course is considered “used” because it is a digital product.
Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund will be provided only if:
✅ Payment is successful but course access is not provided within 24 hours
✅ Technical error from our side prevents course access
✅ Duplicate payment made by mistake
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund will NOT be given if:

❌ You are unable to attend the course
❌ You don’t have proper internet or device
❌ You expected different content without checking course details
❌ You shared login details or violated Terms & Conditions
